Roger Deparis is the owner and manager and personally oversees the operations of the restaurant and the hotel.
De Paris Boracay Resort offers both Boracay Hotel and Boracay Cottage type Accommodations for the budget minded traveler. Each room offer clean and safe accommodations, located in the heart of Boracay Philippines.
De Paris Boracay Restaurant serving, French, Thai, Filipino and other Asian Cuisine. Also on the menu at De Paris Boracay Restaurant are lobster, sashimi, pasta and pizza. Order á la cart or have a budget set meal. Our menu is to be considered one of the most extensive gourmet menus on the island.
